Currently, each order is specific to one store to ensure the fastest delivery possible. If you need items from different stores, you can place separate orders through the app.

We're always looking for partners! You can download our specific Vendor Partner or Rider Partner apps from the Google Play Store, sign up, and our team will guide you through the onboarding process.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), major credit and debit cards, and popular e-wallets like GCash and Maya for a seamless checkout experience.

We aim to make delivery accessible to everyone. There is generally no strict minimum order, though a small basket fee may apply for orders below a certain amount depending on the partner store.

Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time through the G Delivers app. You'll see live updates from the kitchen preparation all the way to when the rider is at your doorstep.
